Birdcage.LA Refund Policy

At Birdcage.LA, every item is created with care and intention. Because many pieces are part of limited collections, we want to make sure your order arrives as expected and in great condition.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original packaging.

  • To start a return or exchange, email birdcage.la@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, we’ll send return instructions.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed for limited-edition or sale items unless defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at birdcage.la@gmail.com. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund once verified.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, sale items, and limited-edition drops are final sale.

  • Worn or washed items cannot be returned.
