Birdcage.LA Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Birdcage.LA. Each order is handled with care to ensure you receive your items safely and on time.


Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.

  • During product launches, holidays, or limited drops, processing times may take up to 7–10 business days due to high order volume.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when it ships.


Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • We currently ship throughout the United States and select international locations.

  • Domestic orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

  • International delivery times vary by destination and carrier (typically 10–21 business days).


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


Preorders & Limited Drops

For preorder or limited edition items, please refer to the estimated shipping window listed on the product page. Each collection is produced in limited runs, and delivery times may vary depending on production schedules.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Birdcage.LA is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the shipping carrier. Once an order leaves our facility, delivery responsibility rests with the carrier.
If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the carrier first. You can also reach out to us at birdcage.la@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to assist.


Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
